To be located in	在 Zài	Go straight ahead	往前走 Wǎng qián zǒu	Where is the hotel / restaurant?	饭店在哪儿? Fàndiàn zài nà'er?
There	那儿 nà'er	Turn right	向右拐 xiàng yòu guǎi	It's over there.	在那儿 Zài nà'er.。
There is / are; have	有 yǒu	Turn left	向左拐 xiàng zuǒ guǎi	Is there a bank here?	这儿有银行吗？ Zhè'er yǒu yínháng ma?
There is not; doesn't have	没有 méiyǒu
Bank	银行 yínháng

Does the hotel have cars?  
饭店有车吗？
 Fàndiàn yǒu chē ma?

The hotel doesn't have cars.  
饭店没有车。 
Fàndiàn méiyǒu chē.

Where is the car?  
车在哪儿？
 Chē zài nǎ'er?

Where is the bank?  
银行在哪儿？ 
Yínháng zài nǎ'er?

Straight ahead and turn left.
 往前走左拐。 
Wǎng qián zǒu zuǒ guǎi.

Where should I get off for the hotel? 
 去（这个）饭店要在哪儿下次。
 Qù (zhège) fàndiàn yào zài nǎ'er xià cì.
